- Be ready at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the specified time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling if available; otherwise, the booking will be auto-canceled with a 100% charge.
- Drivers may be delayed by 15–45 minutes due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

- Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case, we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for a full refund.
