07:45 PM - 08:00 PM: Boarding Time
- It's time to step aboard the Viva Alangka and let the adventure unfold. Make your way to Asiatique Pier No. 1, where our majestic vessel awaits. 08:00 PM - 09:45 PM: Dining Delights and Entertainment

- Please book this ticket at least 4 hrs in advance.
- This price does not include any special program such as Valentine's Day/loy Krathong Day/Christmas 24 December 2023/New Year's Eve.
- In the event of postponing the date more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge.
- In the event of postponing the date before 14:00 hrs, an extra fee of 200 THB per person will be required for amendments.
- In the event of postponing the date after 14:00 hrs, cancellation or no-show will result in a 100% charge.

- All pre-paid bookings will apply the following cancellation policy:-
  - Before 3 Days of Excursion - No charge of cancellation.
  - Before 2 Days of the Excursion Date - a 50% charge applied.
  - Before 1 Day of Excursion Date - 100% Charged.
- Activity may be canceled due to any natural problem, in this case, we will offer to shift your booking to another date or you can also apply for a full refund.
20% Partial Payment booking:- This amount is Non-Refundable in case of cancellation
